January 3, 2019 - 14.4% abv. Dark purple-red color, opaque, viscous. The nose evokes black currants and leather. Black currants take the lead in the flavors with black tea leaves also contributing. Still some tannins on the finish, but it mellows somewhat with air or recorked for another day. Nice wine. Good QPR at $15.99.
