November 24, 2020 - Makes no sense that this wine is so good. This might be one of the best bargains in the world of wine. Still young and with potential after 11 years. This wine is an entry level wine, showing above its weight.
Clean fruit, precise aromas and a fresh acidity. Medium + length.
September 1, 2013 - Drinking great. Deceptively tropical on the nose with aromas of fruit cocktail, melon, lychee, and citrus. It is lean on the palate and quite chiseled. Lots of white stone fruit and citrus. Finishes bone dry, little RS -- that's just awesome.
February 16, 2012 - Rather closed fruit on the nose. Dry, good vibrant acidity, elegant citrus and apple flavors.Very nice.
December 12, 2011 - This is really more off-dry than truly dry. Otherwise it is a good value in an (almost) dry riesling. Nicely aromatic and with good acidity, this is textbook food-friendly and can span a lot of cuisines.
December 3, 2011 - Lunch at Momofuku Noodle Bar with Good Friends (NYC): Dry, crisp, and lean and drinking real nicely. Tight citrussy nose followed by wonderful pucker-inducing acidic citrus and lychee. Great with the kimchee and pickles.
June 18, 2011 - Excellent riesling for the price. Nice peach and citrus fruits, fresh. Long nice finish.
May 28, 2011 - Pretty consistent notes. Luminous pale lemon yellow.
Ripe primary to peachy fruit, slate character, citrus, honey. Refreshing, balanced sweetness, lime, a touch of salt liquorice, long finish. Good.

January 13, 2011 - Fruity nose of appley, citrusy and peachy fruit. Smoky slate aromatics, honeyed florals and herbaceous notes.
Dry, crispy and fruity on the palate with very nice intensity for the price point. Some peppery spiciness, herbs and a load of minerality. Lengthy citrusy finish.
Very nice (esp. for an entry level wine).
December 28, 2010 - Once again crisp, well structured and full of tropical fruit. Quite powerful and acidic, and yet delightfully light and enjoyable at the same time. The fruit doesn't seem quite as pure as when I last tried this but still excellent pairing for a creamy salmon dish.
