March 21, 2013 - Nice enough; dry, crisp, rich tropical fruits. While nothing special, seemed good enough for the price. Mind you, I drank this cool but not chilled. Perhaps fridge temperature reduces the wine to nothing?

July 10, 2011 - Extremely pale color. Slightly pearish and toey nose. Almost no body and or flavor to speak of. Tasted much like sour water. This was a huge dissapointment as other vintages have been quite nice

May 28, 2011 - Pale yellow. Not much on the nose: some hints of pears, citrus fruit and musty aromas indicating evolution. Medium-bodied with burnt fruit and moderate acidity. I thought it was an off-bottle, but the rest C.T. reviews (with only one exception) convinced me it is rather an off-wine!

April 24, 2011 - A blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Chardonnay, with some Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco. Very pale and translucent. Lemon, pear, melon and blanched almonds on the nose. Palate is consistent, opening with bright lemon and finishing with a hint of bitter almond. The finish is short and light. Light to medium-bodied. Nice acidity and minerality make this a good food wine. It definitely tasted better chilled; once it warmed it faded and became flabby. Still, it shines served cold as an aperitif or with an insalata caprese, Tuscan white bean crostini and other light savory appetizers. It is not a great wine, but it is definitely a good, well-made wine at a very good price

January 22, 2011 - Very pale, not much color, perhaps a hint of greenish. Essentially nothing on the nose at all. Not a lot on the palette either; a bit of green apple, and some tang. Very short finish. I have had a number of enjoyable reds/ chianti classicos from Villa Antinori in the past. This white is simply not in line with that experience. This is a decidedly insipid and very disapppointing effort from an otherwise reliable producer.
