Nose: Exotic fruits with some minerals
Mouth: more exotic fruit, mangoes and pineapple. Yet dosed with a little pepper and licorice. -

January 14, 2012 - Very Good. I enjoy this crisp, green apple & grapefruit wine with a simple summer meal. At a tasting, Hendry served it and told me of his favorite recipe for the wine (pasta, olive oil, garlic and shaved fresh goat cheese - freeze the cheese first to be able to shave it). I tried it and it worked. This wine is a great antidote for cloying and over-oaked whites!

June 27, 2010 - Light golden green color. Bright granny smith apple, lime, and pink grapefruit flavors show with herb and saline notes. Light bodied and refreshing, with a crisp finish.
