January 2, 2023 - from Magnum. Nice deep color. Has lots of fruit left, but tannins are smooth. Round but with some nice acidity also. Very nice left bank Bdx from the 2009 vintage

April 22, 2019 - Medium bodied, more modern but with a rustic edge. This was so difficult 3 years ago, today it’s a tamed creamy blend of Bordeaux typicity plus blueberry, forest floor, slight green pepper, and some sheep skin develops on the nose after an hour or two. Can have some harshness to the finish and aftertaste, not unlike many sub-$20 Bordeaux in the US. Good value at $17USD 3-4 years ago...

April 12, 2018 - My last of these - always a great Bordeaux for the price. Has a creamy touch on the finish which I appreciate. Well-balanced and attractive.
July 17, 2017 - Light-bodied, sweet tobacco, camphor, this is a nice value and this bottle was showing better than the last one I had. Punches above its weight class; can be mistaken for a more fancy Bordeaux in its prime, though just lacking concentration and more expression.
