June 6, 2023 - Opened a second bottle to see if this is case wide problem with Pre-mox. This bottle was as it should be. The color was right. The wine was drinking very well. Nice fruit profile with good acidity.

February 16, 2022 - Golden colour, hint of premature oxydation... Nose of yellow apples, nuts, a bit evolved... Taste is quite sappy green apples, nice acidity, nice tension.
