August 5, 2014 - Disappointing, as I really enjoyed this shortly after release. I guess the bottle I had early last year wasn't flawed... this just peaked much earlier than expected, and has now become a little raisiny/Turley-zin-like. Oh well. Can't win 'em all.

February 3, 2014 - My third time tasting Lynmar pinots, just as with the two previous, this was outstanding. Really opened up after an hour decant. WE also had two other bottles during the Super Bowl. Hard to choose which was better between a 2007 Salus cab, a 2011 Carlisle zin and the pinot, all great bottles!

December 29, 2013 - Well balanced. A bit if spice on the end. Had enough time for the fruit, tannins and acid to marry. I like this one. Last bottle. Darn.

February 23, 2013 - Concentrated and rich, this has black cherry core with hints of vanilla, cola, mushrooms, and oak. Definitely has potential to get even better, just wish I had more bottles.
