    November 20, 2014 - This has softened up considerably over the last few years, but then again there's not much left. It's bold, and I realize that's what Ravenswood is going for, but there's not much else. None of that spicy, rounded graphite and fruit that shines through in the top zins of Sonoma.

    May 20, 2013 - Bold, rich zinfandel, but with good acidity and not flabby. Sweet and spicy red and blue fruits - nice depth of flavor. Tannins on the mid-palate stood out a little to me. Finishes with an interesting blast of mint/menthol/eucalyptus, almost as an aftertaste.

    May 8, 2013 - It was "big" alright, but otherwise non-distinct. I've had much more powerful and much more elegant zins. QPR not the best. Ready to drink though: no need to wait.
