May 14, 2019 - Agree with tasting notes from Tasted by Dberlijn on 11/5/2017. This aged better than the Upper Rim which has lost its fruit.

November 5, 2017 - Wow. Very nuanced for a Cali Chard. Tropical stone fruits, butter and cream, all in a refined form. No minerality and low acidity, but nevertheless very very good.

July 22, 2016 - Really nice, full bodied chard. All the oak, butter, cream, vanilla you want with some nice hints of juicy, light stone fruit. Agree that this should be served a touch warmer than cooler. Flavors much more expessive.

April 6, 2014 - After a couple of years this Chardonnay has gained more complexity within its terrific structure. Pure with a touch of vanilla, oak and hints of butter and cream...this is one delicious wine. In order to fully experience and enjoy this wine, let this get close to room temperature.

September 23, 2013 - This is a great well balanced Oaky Chard. I feel this still has the ability to improve if held for an additional year or two.

July 22, 2013 - I'm going to stick to unoaked Chardonnay going forward; neutral oak at the most.
