October 8, 2021 - White peach, strawberry on nose. On palate - dryer end of brut, mineral, more peach, fresh strawberry, lingers on palate, long dry finish
August 4, 2021 - Pale salmon pink with a fine mousse. Soft fragrant strawberry aromas. More on the palate, with a touch of creamy nutty flavours. Refreshing to sip on its own and went well with a light bite.

July 7, 2017 - 100% Cab Franc. Medium light nose shows white flowers, light fieldgrass, white cherry, maybe watermelon. Palate is light bodied, honeyed light fruit, strawberry, raspberry, nice acidity. Refreshing, not very complex, entry level and solidly made.
