March 17, 2016 - Pale yellow. Fresh nose of green apples and sea air. On the palate, driving acidity with a sweet base of citrus. 50 + 15 + 15 + 7.

February 20, 2015 - Still retaining it's richness and freshness at this point in time. Wouldn't hold on to it for much longer however, may be past it's best in a few months. Excellent drinking now.
