April 12, 2020 - GG quality Riesling for half the price! Crisp, fresh, clean, perfect for a sunny day ☀️: minerals, chalk stone, lychee, tropical fruit, grapefruit in the finish, soft citrus note, long finish!

April 7, 2018 - Lovely rich Riesling fro Nahe. Rather fruity on the nose with fresh tropical fruits, hints of Riesling-petroleum, but I felt the fruit more.
On the palate you get som apricot/peach at first, followed by a lemony acidity that carries this wine a long time. Very good indeed!
Drink now, no need to cellar any further.

April 17, 2017 - Private Tasting (@Private location): PnP, tasted blind. What a nice surprise it was. After the Halenberg GG also the Halenberg young vines as a comparison. Clear, pale yellow golden color. Clean, medium intense nose with blossoms and other floral notes, acacia and wet stones. Nice and much more mineral than the GG.
Beautiful wine, even if not as complex, layered and long as the GG. Dry, with medium, ripe acidity. Vintage typical aromas of ripe fruit, blossoms and nice mineral notes. Good tension and juiciness. Makes really fun to drink and is probably at its peak, but no need to hurry in any way. Very good PQR. 90+

March 11, 2017 - Very nice and mature riesling, with lovely notes of apricot, and beautifully balanced acidity.

February 25, 2017 - My final bottle, very consistent with my previous tasting note from December 2015, still very mineral and energetic, filigree in style and with ripe but fresh fruit, showing some waxy bottle-age (but no TDN), green apple and ctirus, light to medium body (12.5% ABV), flowing and elegant, with vibrant skin bitters on the finish. Delicious: a wonderfully stylish drink.
