March 22, 2020 - Full mouthful of juicy, jammy dark fruit with good balance of light peppery and chocolate overtones on the extended finish.

September 9, 2018 - Glad I waited this long to try it. Approachable on night 1. Lots of fruit upfront and mellow tannins. Enjoyed a lot.

April 25, 2017 - This was the wine of the night. We had this amongst 5 other bottles and the wine had a wondering nose and a great mouthfeel. The wine was fruity with a balanced finish of typical peppery notes but the perfect amount of heat. Great wine.

March 6, 2017 - I see I've rated this wine 89-90 in the past. Leave it to the last bottle of many to break on up! Lovely Barossa extraction. This means it's a bit on the sweet side to some people. To me, on the night I enjoyed it (was the second bottle opened), prefection! I doubt I will find a wine that was this much of a PQR winner any time soon.

November 8, 2016 - Highly disappointed by this wine. It does not drink like an $18 bottle of wine. It drinks more like a $9 bottle of wine. It lacks complexity, has a very short finish, and seems very acidic on my tongue. Not at all impressed. I would not buy this wine again.
