June 7, 2020 - A light, fresh, proper Manzanilla. Very dry, with tangy green almond and saline notes. Best served quite cold, ideally outside on a warm day.

Wouldn't be my go to manzanilla, but it's decent enough for typical spanish tortilla & jamon serrano. It's too light for Iberico. Drink ice cold, but without ice. Slam it.

January 19, 2020 - Good, but not great manzanilla. A great value bottle, also delicious in Tuxedo cocktails and even a low ABV Bloody Mary.
I’d enjoy this more with some spicy seafood where I needed a potent, but refreshing white. -
