September 11, 2022 - Late Birthday BYO: Karamell og krydder, marsipan, frisk og lineær med en utrolig lengde og intensitet. Sødmen og den moderat store kroppen balanseres av frikheten. Chenin har ofte problemer med å utvikle kompleskitet, men denne hadde kveldens desidert mest sammensatte finish. For en vin! Som så ofte, den siste blir WOTN.

June 14, 2022 - Very sweet, peach, apricot, honey, candied pineapple. Not a lot of marmalade, though. Very fresh and balanced. Acidity makes it very fresh and easy to drink. Sweet enough to go with vanilla ice cream. Lovely stuff.
