March 23, 2013 - very pale. nose: perfume, hint of fruit - peach or pineapple. A little oily/mouthcoating with a little acid. Little or no fruit. Enjoyable, but not great.
November 18, 2012 - Nice, still going strong. Lemon and grapefruit on the nose, grapefruit and limestone on the palate. Strong acidity as expected from an Albarino and excellent weight. Too bad it's my last one.
July 14, 2012 - Still quite good. Perfect with a dinner of pan-fried chicken tenders, homemade pesto, and corn on the cob.
March 25, 2012 - Honeysuckle, apple, and a hint of honeydew on the nose. Very crisp and cuts through the buffalo wing sauce cheddar cheese I had. This did seem to get better with a year or two aging. I did not enjoy this when I opened the first bottle. Still not great though.
October 9, 2011 - Lots of life left, still fruity. Good stuff.
August 22, 2011 - Tasted drier than last time as long as very cold. Flabby at warmer temps.
