  January 13, 2024 - Cork closure. Drinking really well but still plenty of time left in the tank.
  cassis fruit domintes with graphite notes. Should be able to evolve further but in a great place now

  April 29, 2020 - A deep garnet red through to the rim. Fabulous ripe flavours: blackcurrant, black plum, cedar, sweet liquorice and gentle oak spices all melding into a complex nose.
  The palate offers fabulous concentration of fruit, soft, velvety tannins, richness and core of ripe black fruit. A cracking wine with power and depth of flavour and plenty more. Generous but integrated medium-long rather than long finish.

  February 29, 2020 - Stelvin closure PnP'd so still seemed pretty primary.
  Cassis, mint, plum and oak.
  A bit strong/concentrated but correct and would probably benefit from a decant

  February 25, 2018 - Cherry nose, beautiful balance on palate with sweet black cherry fruit, sandalwood, blackcurrant. This was exceptional value.

  January 1, 2017 - Delightful. Classic nose of dark cherry, blackcurrant, sweet cedarwood. Lovely attack of berries, mid palate of toasty oak, medium long fresh finish. Drinking perfectly.
