December 27, 2020 - No detailed notes were taken. Drank over two days with various foods. No notice of fading or discoloration. If I remember correctly, The cork was dry and brittle and I was able to get it out in pieces
October 26, 2019 - Nicely balanced, nose had some plum and pomegranate, the palate had dark plum, dark chocolate, bing cherry, pomegranate and it finished long and smoothly. Tannins have reduced a lot from a couple of years ago, drinking nicely now.

December 24, 2017 - Nose had some plum and pomegranate, the palate had dark plum, dark cherry, and some leather, strong tannins, with an astringent finish. Still has some strong alcohol to it also. Definitely not fading!
July 28, 2017 - Still has great fruit and very nice Syrah. Not fading at all yet.
February 14, 2017 - Lots of fruit, very enjoyable Syrah.
January 16, 2016 - Found this while doing some cleaning in the cellar. Plummy nose, dark berries and pretty good acid. Almost completely void of tannin and tons of creamy caramel?? Astringent finish. Not really my cup of tea but drinkable I guess.
October 8, 2014 - Nice balanced syrah with some salted caramel on the palate along with dark cherry and spice. Good finish..
