Community Tasting Notes 1

November 23, 2018 - When we originally tasted this wine at the estate, it was an epiphany wine. The best white wine I had tasted at that point. Five years later, it is still one of the best whites I have had. This bottle showed a deep golden color that made me worry there was some premox in spite of the special closure. No worries - the wine was beautiful. Honeyed apple and a hint of citrus. Loving it.
