March 13, 2015 - Light yellow in color, fresh citrus nose, medium plus palate with toast and good acidity. Long finish with loads of minerals.

February 6, 2015 - High acidity..Very mineral with ripe citrus and coconut oil. A complex wine that I enjoyed very much.
