    October 27, 2021 - Dark color, big and jammy, but oxidized. Not my style anymore. I will have to consider that bolognese.

    March 5, 2020 - 14.5% Showing tertiary notes- old leather, earth. Still inky dark red, no fading. In the mouth plums, licorice. Decent amount of tartness, tannins fully integrated. 13 years old and stunningly good for the price. The winemaker no longer owns the winery though.

    June 16, 2013 - Medium ruby red, with a little purple tinge. The nose has raspberries, toast, and some herbal notes. Medium bodied, I didn't find this too big or extracted at all. Nice fruit, maybe just a little bit hollow. Good balance, just slightly on the soft side. Very good, and an insane value at $14.

    May 19, 2013 - Sweet fruit, herbs and pencil. A little thin on the palate and lacking acidity, but fun and easy.
