    June 11, 2013 - Day 2
Color-Gold with a slight green tint, big slow forming tears in glass
Nose-Rich, musky nose wafts from glass, pear, white flowers, hints of honey(fiano), some hazlenut
Palate- Smooth, Ripe, light acid remains yet is still balanced with enough dryness on finish, clean yellow apples on entry with hints of lemon rind, apple skin, hazlenut and white flowers too.
Paid 5$, this wine is more quaffable now then when it was at its 12$-15$ release price.

December 10, 2012 - New blend for me. Golden yellow in the glass. Aromas of peach and melon with a bit of smoke. Pretty much the same on the palate. Nice acidity low alcohol. decent balance. Food friendly. Great QPR!

September 22, 2012 - Excellent - top value. Quite yellow in colour. Taste of Melon and tropical fruits. Crisp. Just about the right amount of acidity. I love it.

January 29, 2012 - Lots of melon taste and typical light body for an Italian wine. Very good for $12 dollars.

November 25, 2011 - Pale straw coloured. The nose is generous and quite powerful, full of tropical fruit and a slightly smoky mineral note. Round and very easy to drink with ripe honeyed fruits and a touch of caramel on the finish. Excellent value, very enjoyable.

September 27, 2011 - Dinner at La Barca (La Barca, Goodman Arts Centre): An unusual blend that was a mixture of Greciano, Chardonnay and Viognier - it was pretty good though. The nose wafted out of the glass with rich creamy scents and then tropical fruit notes in the range of peach, nectarine, pineapple and melons flecked with just a bit of toast. Pretty nice. The palate was not bad at all either. Rich, weighty, slightly creamy on the texture, with a white fruit core ringed with more tropical notes of nectraines, pineapples, maybe ripe figs. There was a sufficient amount of acidity to balance out the big fruit, but the balance was just thrown off every so slightly by a little whoosh of alcohol at the end. Otherwise, this was actually pretty good and rather food friendly.

June 3, 2011 - Smells like Viognier, Crisp, well detailed. Really well done or I am hammered, your choice. Odd that I can see a Planeta wine at $15.
