March 11, 2023 - Was chosen instead of a white bottle. Turned out to be a really good choice. Fairly high acids, magnificently balanced, classic Bdx with a bit of cows asses and the rest just as it should be. Went really well with all fish dishes.

Valdes istf ett vitt vin. Visade sig vara ett riktigt bra val. Rätt höga syror, magnifikt balanserat, klassisk Bdx med lite kossa och resten bara så som det skall vara. Gick riktigt bra till alla fiskrätter.

January 28, 2017 - Drank over two nights. Even though decanted for 2 house first night, was not very expressive. Seemed to develop overnight. Soft, but not juicy. Red and black fruits, medium long finish. Right bank, but paired with steak anyway. Wouldn't work hard to seek out, and probably won't buy more at price I paid (70ish), but we enjoyed, and will enjoy the other bottle in the next year or so.

December 14, 2016 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #114; Bordeaux: St. Emilion Grand Cru Classé (By me): In the bouquet creamy dark forest fruit, graphite and beautiful oak. A complex and luxurious bouquet. On the palate dark berries, firm tannin, chocolate, juicy acidity, some herbs , oak and still a lot of future.

September 24, 2016 - Good bottle. It still needs some time in my opinion. Palatewise it is ready but nosewise, it still is a teen. Maybe in 4 to 5 years, it will come around and some serious right bank Bordeaux notes will emerge. For now, it's all dark fruit. If you like primaries, pop now.
