April 19, 2013 - I was concerned that I had held on to this too long, but it was still enjoyable, though it didn't have quite the freshness of earlier days. The acidity was still quite nice and I preferred it as it warmed to room temperature.

    December 17, 2011 - I tasted this out in a tasting bar.
The lighting was not ideal, but the wine looked clear and medium-lemon with very thin legs.
The Nose on this wine was clean and youthful with a medium+ intensity and aromas of peach, grapefruit and a touch of honey.
The palate was dry with high acidity and medium body and medium alcohol, which surprised me a bit. The flavor intensity was also medium. This is a refined wine with elegant flavors of green fruits like apple along with some citrus notes of grapefruit and some mineral notes of stone.
    The finish was medium length.
Overall, a good wine that is drinking now.

October 15, 2011 - V good with spicy orange chicken thai. Apricot up front with subtle orange and lemon zest. Pretty solid overall.
