November 20, 2015 - The nose is full of dried bark, tar and herbaceous wafts; full, deep and intensely old world. Chewy palate which is dry and masculine. The occasional flash of tart cranberry fruit allows this wine to bristle with intrigue on the palate. Whilst full of potential, this is more stimulating than enjoyable at present but will soften and sweeten to maturity over the next 10 years.
