December 6, 2014 - Dekanterad i 1 timme. Avnjöts tillsammans med ett Roqufortost. Vinet är bra men det saknas lite i doft och lite i smak för att jag ska vara riktigt nöjd. Har druckit flera Chateau Suduiraut tidigare som varit bättre.

Nose of a rich and mature Botrytized Sauternes.
The palate is fully mature, and will live for many more years. Not as complex on the palate as the nose led me to expect.
But smashingly delicious :-)
With cheese.
Followed by a Japanese Grappa produced in Kobe.
