November 8, 2023 - Cellared for 11 years! Good cork, which was a pleasant surprise. Aerated and let sit for one hour. Very good dry red with cherry and berry hints. Pleasant surprise.
May 31, 2019 - Chalky, grippy wine. Some browning at rim- medium color. Dark fruit, eucalyptus and mint. Last bottle and most interesting one thus far. Impressed with where it's aged, drink soon. Will last, but why wait. Pair it with some food, typical of Italian wine.
July 27, 2018 - Nothing like my previous bottles, this showed balsamic and leather notes, with subdued dark fruits. Slightly sour before it got air, it developed into a full-bodied wine that was distinctively Tuscan. My last bottle but the best of the bunch.
August 27, 2017 - PnD let air for 1hr. Consistent with previous note. Showing nice integration and still fresh.
August 9, 2017 - - Purple color.
June 12, 2017 - Previous bottle in 2015 was OK, but unexciting. This showed some bricking and tasted over the hill to me. I'll revisit this tomorrow.
March 8, 2017 - Soft tannins & a bit subdued. Not bad, but likely past its prime

Le « RQP » de la soirée…par défaut!
Nez timide sur les fruits rouge et l’anis.
En bouche, il clash avec les autres rouge et souffre de la comparaison. Pas méchant mais on voit que c’est assez simple.
Saveurs de cerises et un brin de réglisse, acidité assez présente et finale de longueur moyenne.
