April 3, 2024 - Opened to celebrate a number of past and current events, including my birthday. As others have pointed out, this is in a great spot right now. A very fine, delicate mousse, bright acidity and minerality. Light fruits, pear comes to mind, almond, honey. Not getting the lemon zest others mention, which is good for me, as a prefer less lemon in my bubbles.
April 2, 2024 - Drinking perfectly if a bit younger than expected for its years. Amazing nose of florals, pears and lemons, brightly acidic but also intensely fruity on the palate with a long finish. This was one of the favorite wines of my daughter’s 21st bday celebration.
March 31, 2024 - Excellent, as last bottle. Decanted a bit to A-B test vs glass--decanted more complex but loses a bit too much fizz: best to serve a decent serving in larger glass to maximize favor evolution. Had as aperitif with comte.
March 13, 2024 - Light yellow in color with small beads. Fabulous nose of yellow florals, Meyer lemons, ripe orchard fruits, dried honey. Very rich and opulent on the palate showing of ripe summer orchard stone fruits, pears, tangerine oil, decent acidity and a super long and fruity finish. This is drinking incredibly fresh, and although quite ripe and flashy, one can't deny the vinousity, density of the fruit on the palate.
March 7, 2024 - Fresh minerality, citrus, almonds, brioche and hints of crushed hazelnuts. Absolutely lovely, still young but with emerging maturity. Popped to celebrate the entrance of Sweden into NATO on this day!
February 25, 2024 - Powerful, effervescent, and long. This is excellent Champagne that is just about at it peak.

February 16, 2024 - Jon's 50th Birthday Dinner: PnP. Very nice color and bubbles. Right in the zone and drinking beautifully with a nice maturity, but still fresh.
February 10, 2024 - Yellow gold. Aroma of intense citrus, coconut, butterscotch and blood orange. Caramel and creamy palate entry followed by grapefruit and sweet muscat grape. Long finish of sweet lemon drops and caramel. Juicy, rounded, complex and full-bodied Champagne with lots of life ahead, very enjoyable bottle!
