May 5, 2022 - Tasting: A very good wine from de Vogue, but it needed 3 hours or so in the glass to really show its charachter.
I have had serveral high-end wines from this producer and I really like de Vogue. Certainly one of the best producers in Burgundy. -

March 10, 2022 - Wine Tasted at Acker Auction (Marea - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. Ripe, fleshy, and powerful, barely evolved. Not awkward, but not forthcoming, even if clear how much stuffing and concentration is here. 92 points for its pleasure today, but clear 95+ point potential, 2032 forward.

November 4, 2021 - Had some high hopes based on recent feedback of a friend. Initially pretty red strawberry, with a light airy mouth feel. Sadly, the wine doesn’t gain anything with air, instead turning a bit dark and heavy. Never gets to the level of complexity for the pedigree. Solid but not inspiring.

September 11, 2021 - It’s Christi’s BD party and her husband opened 3 btls Salon champagne and 8 btls of Amoureuses and 2 Musigny, plus my btl of Charmes Chambertin, for 7 couples. The two Musigny were tha last serving when most of people got drunk. Shame! What I recalled the color was the deepest compared to the JFM and Groffier Amoureuse, less shy nose of roses in the forest, silky smooth of bigger body and stronger structure. A young wine.
