Community Tasting Notes 2

August 10, 2011 - This is the ripest, fruitiest Jura white I have ever had, yet at the same time a brilliant streak of acidity and strong oxidative notes brace it up. It's hard to get your head around the two extremes present in this wine, which makes it lots of fun for the adventurous. Great silky viscous texture, especially on day 2. While this never really sang, it was very enjoyable nonetheless. A nice match with pumpkin curry.
