December 26, 2012 - intriguing nose but too sweet/lacking acidity and thus heavy and not refreshing, good with Roquefort and walnuts, not good with goats cheese

May 25, 2012 - Floral aromas. Pleasant and crisp, light on its feet. Clean, peachy stone fruit, good acidity and minerality. Would have wished that the wine was a bit more concentrated.

August 15, 2011 - Lemony ( not tart lemon ) and Grassy with a well rounded body, what's not to like. Exactly what I was looking for paired with spaghetti w/ anchovies.

May 17, 2011 - Floral aromas. Pleasant, crisp, but lacking a bit of body. Clean, peachy stone fruit, good acidity and minerality. Drink within the next year.

April 14, 2011 - Floral aromas, peachy stone fruit flavours. Quite a rich palate. DOC Soave doesn't get better than this.

March 15, 2011 - Peach, apples, lemons, and minerals on the nose. A full-textured wine in the mouth, but plenty of acidity and freshness too. Refreshing and good with food.

February 27, 2011 - A really pleasant Soave, with above-average character and depth. Pear, apple and lemon. Surprisingly medium-bodied, with good balance and a rounded, persistent finish. Good by itself, with prosciutto and with spinach and cheese ravioli in a cream sauce. More interesting and refined than a Pinot Grigio.
