September 1, 2013 - Nice level of acidy and citrus notes on the nose and also in the beginning with a medium finish. tried this as a cocktail ( not so good). Then had this with some lemon chicken and it was a nice mix.

April 24, 2011 - Clean, crisp white with some depth and a round finish that takes the edge off the acidity. A little strong with lemon in the front and mid-palate, but pairs with food very well. This wine is a great alternative to plonk like most Pinot Grigio. Served with a medium chill (40 minutes in the fridge).

February 26, 2011 - A little acidic when it first opened up, but a little air evened it all out. Citrus and spice on the front, a little bitter note -- in a good way -- at the end. Crisp and light, decent balance (good with food, not so much on it's own). Average-length finish.

    Drink through 2011.
