May 4, 2022 - very nicely balanced, no one component stuck out, decent nose, enough acidity to balance the sweetness without every being assertive, just a hint of petrol. More about balance and harmony than being showy. Pleasant and the first of a few bottles finished at dinner

November 10, 2021 - Nose-Tropical fruits, pineapple specifically, and florals with a hint of petrol

On tasting the wine, honeyed pineapple and tropical fruits lead the way in a rich wine that is neither heavy nor light in mouthfeel. This finishes with some stony minerality. Not super complex nor super precise, but the wine is very delicious and easy to drink

August 21, 2021 - Popped and poured. This has nice sweet fruit with flavors of marmalade, pineapple, sweet lime, and some minerals. The wine is open knit and a little flabby. This is fully mature now and I would drink it soon.

June 1, 2021 - Tons of complexity. Finishes with a minty freshness that keeps you going back for more.

March 22, 2021 - The wine is in a perfect place right now with lots of lemon/lime fruit, medium sweetness balanced by its acidity. Lots of slate/minerality too.
