December 31, 2013 - 18 year old white from red bubbles from a boutique Yarra producer that has been aged on lees for 13 years - not the sort of thing I'll get to experience often. Awesome!!! It is a golden yellow, flavoursome sparkling with a very fine bead, dominated by honeyed fruit. I thought it might have been left too long but while rich, stills has freshness. Wonderful stuff.
