January 23, 2020 - Outstanding complexity. Everything you would want from a VORS Oloroso.

October 16, 2014 - The wine is clear and bright with a deep amber colour and presence of dense legs. The nose is clean and fully developed, showing pronounced intensity aromas of nail varnish remover, prunes, raisins, caramel, almonds and coffee. The wine is off-dry in the mouth with a low acidity. It has low soft tannins and a high alcohol. It has a full body and pronounced intensity flavours of prunes, raisins, caramel, almonds and coffee. The finish is long.

It is an outstanding quality wine. It has a lingering finish and a great flavour concentration. It shows a very nice complexity provided by oxidative ageing in the Solera and the clear typicity of an Oloroso Sherry. Drink now, the wine is already fully developed and there is no point in ageing it.
