    December 24, 2022 - Medium duft av røde bær og kjeks(!)- frisk og fruktig, smak av røde bær og noe sitrus - moderat lengde. Deilig!

    June 10, 2022 - Pale Salmon colour. Nose has fresh strawberry, whiff of ripe apple peel, floral perfume and note of white chocolate mousse. Strawberries and apples replicated in the taste, along with the mousse. Some undefined fresh forest berries, and a touch of chalky/metallic minerality. Very dry, light body, high acid. VG+.

    June 3, 2021 - From a 375ml bottle. Subtle red berries on the nose. Medium bodied, dryish bordering to off-dry, showing tart red berries with good mousse and decent acidity. Nice basic sparkling.

    July 7, 2020 - Bra valuta för pengarna (magnum för SEK319). Denna var mer champagnelik än Rotari Rose dvs med en djupare smak men sedan fanns det en bismak av jäst som inte vi uppskattade... Och sedan fattar jag inte varför man ska tillsätta så mycket som 9g socker i ett vin... nu föredrar jag ju personligen så naturellt vin som möjligt vilket naturligtvis är en smaksak!

    January 2, 2020 - Similar to last bottle, but this time the wine benefited from using bigger white wine glasses and not champagne glasses. Reddish salmon colour. Strawberry, raspberry, peach, almond, bread crust , brioche and smoke, with creamy mousse of rather big bubbles, lively acidity and good length of the chalky finish. The red fruit flavours lingered on the palate nicely. Good value.
