September 25, 2017 - Deep crimson-purple. Blackberry, tar, pencil box nose. This wine continues it's evolution in drinkability. Now smooth, nice tannins, black cherry and plum. Elegant, nice finish. Very good - excellent. Drinking very well now (finally)

March 17, 2017 - This does need decanting and at least an hour or more to air out.
It also needs to be drank with food.
