January 26, 2018 - Probably waited a little too late t open this but, but we’re just rednecks from East Tennessee. Fruit is still present but not overwhelming. Complexity is waning. Caramel notes predominate.
October 17, 2013 - Held up well--tannins totally resolved now. Not a fruit bomb by any means but red fruit characteristics still strongly present with some interesting typical zin secondary characteristics. Went well with steak--enjoyed thoroughly. The long lay-down had very little detrimental effect on the wine
December 9, 2012 - Did not make it to 2012 with poor storing.
July 24, 2010 - Just drank it and held up great. Lots of cherry spice, medium bodied with fluid pallet. Yum.
September 29, 2006 - Very smooth, restrained, and balanced. Not too big and hot. Nice flavors.
June 17, 2006 - Robust; lots of fruit; nice finish. Excellent with some Manchego cheese.
