April 8, 2019 - Had a large seafood and white wine night. This was a crowd favorite. Crisp, clean and lots of life.

March 15, 2019 - Uncles Fine Wine Spring BYO (Home): Faint tropical tones on the nose. Sublim and elegant without giving much. On the palate, it is surprisingly fruity, with sweet fruit, while it quite clearly announces both its grape variety and its origin. Still some minerals but wiith less pronounced oak than the previous wine.

January 14, 2019 - When it comes to Chablis there is no better and more consistent producer than fevre. As far as the grand crus go, this one was my least favorite. Although 2009 is a good vintage, it is not great. Compared to the other 2009 Chablis grand crus I have tried, this one is by far the least refined and the most one dimensional on the pallet. This one has an overly acidic mouthful with grapefruit/green apple. Each sip smacks you in the face. The wine is still enjoyable but perils in comparison to all other fevre I have tried.

December 27, 2018 - Lighter greenish color. Surprisingly young with notes of peach, citrus, some seafood shell minerality, caramel, some white spices, steel, also some exotic fruit and a touch of smoke. It‘s medium-full bodied, but feels almost weightless, has superb mid-palate persistence, medium-high acidity. Very long finish. An excellent, surprisingly reticent and weightless Les Preuses that is young and shows no traces of oxidation at all. (93+)

July 26, 2018 - Restrained bouquet. Well balanced. Some depth and minerality. Needs a lot of air. But was expecting something a little better.
