  January 24, 2020 - Lush black cherry flavours but with drying tannins on the finish which are rather too dominant. Not as good as previous bottles. In mitigation the wine was popped and poured and served a little too cool which is probably why the tannins are a little too prominent.

  January 18, 2020 - Ready to drink up now. Still has plenty of fruit which is good, but starting to thin out a little and losing its deep red colour. Still enjoyable with some length and you can get a touch of sweetness still. Tannins starting to break down.

  November 17, 2017 - Reasonable amount of sediment in bottle. Dark red inky colour. Tight nose - a bit of liquorice, cherry and tar on nose. Black cherry, aniseed and tar in taste. Good length and well balanced. Enjoyable wine.
