    January 12, 2023 - Røff, tradisjonell stil, ingen sjarmør dette. En vegg av tanniner som trenger å slipes ned, samtidig som frukten har gått i en tertiær fase. Usikker på hvor dette bærer, men prøver igjen om 2-3 år.

    November 18, 2022 - Brunlig mursteinsrød farge. Sopp, søte kirsebær, fiken, mentol og jord på nesen. Smak av kirsebær, bitter sjokolade, sopp, tjære, sødmefull med en gang, fortsatt tydelige tanniner, fin syre, tanninene sitter lenge, det er ikke helt akkompagnert av frukten i lengden. Drikker godt nå, tåler nok mer tid, men tror ikke den blir bedre.

    January 1, 2022 - Bitter chocolate, sweet tar and liquorice notes and a touch of coffee. A gorgeously sweet entry, laden with blackcurrant pastille, thyme, very nicely supported by bitter, gently drying tobacco flavoured tannin. Pretty exceptional now, this will keep going for a long time. Price appears to have caught up with the quality... 95

    September 4, 2021 - Dekantert 2,5 t. Moden nese med tørket fiken, kirsebær, lær, menthol, roser og lakris. Ikke like kompleks i munnen; varm og tørket frukt, sødmefull og alkoholsk finish. Mye struktur enda, men frukten holder ikke følge. Slitsom å drikke uten mat. Til sopprisotto er det selvsagt homerun!
