March 29, 2021 - Dark red color, some maturity.
Nice warm ripe scent of red berries, blood orange, charcuterie and grape. Grumpy, harsh and dry mature character. Elements of stable and fat. Elegant and quite long. -

December 25, 2020 - Spettacolare vino! Opened 2 bottles of 2007 to pair with linguine in clams dish during Christmas Eve dinner of 7 fishes. Wasn't sure what red wine would pair with this dish but Barbaresco was spot on. Would like to buy more but current vintage approaches $100.

November 2, 2019 - Nice complex nose with some evolution. Elegant and accessible with food. Good fruit and acidity to balance the fine but still unresolved tannin. Could have done with more time in the bottle. Should evolve really well another 10-15 years.
