November 1, 2019 - Potpourri, floral perfume, a bouquet of garden herbs, red fruity, juicy & delicious....
    structural with clean palate.
    Perennial Grenache Beauty, sweet dewdrops....
Drinking well now, but i think it will only last another 3 to 4 years at most .
This vintage was sharper when I had it last year, and is already decanted for at least 3 hours now.....

July 29, 2019 - Left it a bit late to open: needs at least six hours

Youthful in appearance and taste. Acidity still a pronounced characteristic. No hint of browning on rim. Towards end of bottle, spice becomes intense.
Tannins melding well. Unlikely to improve but good for several years yet

    April 20, 2019 - Drunk alongside a Barossa grenache

More immediately approachable, intense spice, ripe fruit, smooth tannins

    Long

December 18, 2018 - A different animal from the last bottle....perhaps I am a little healthier, as well

This is more what I expected: balanced acidity underlying red fruit, touches of spice, a grip that goes on and on

November 10, 2018 - Passes easily for an eight or ten year old wine... fresh aromatics, a little darker than expected

Dark acidity on the back palate, medium+ length, ticks all the boxes but this bottle doesn't quite reach the next level. Opened an hour and a half, so need to give the next bottle 3-4 hours minimum
