  December 26, 2022 - Drinking wonderfully. Big, unctuous, raising deliciousness. Ready to drink, but could keep for another 5 to 10 years. Needs some air, we poured into decanter with aerating funnel and started drinking after 3 hours. Probably should have decanted earlier.

  November 25, 2022 - 醒酒两个小时，中石榴红色，闻香有草药，烟丝，果脯，话梅，李子干，百里香，以及香料感，香气闻上去很融合而又复杂多变。入口酸度高，酒液甜美，单宁紧致，颗粒太精致了，细腻如豆沙一般，很少喝到单宁质感如此舒服的酒，时光把它打磨得这样成熟温润，是享用它的最佳季节了。口中是红枣，浆果，果脯，糖浆，伴随着草药和淡淡泥土气息，后段有些许老酒的酒精感，余味红枣一类的果香，还有一股类似梨膏糖的味道留在喉间，不时回甜，久久不散，非常特别。香气持续变化中，醒酒五个小时再饮，枣香更为突出，还能感受到焦糖的味道。作为咸口的爱好者，对甜美的干型酒有着天然的抗拒，唯独这一杯让我如此喜爱，这款老年份的大Q满足了我对古典风格的阿玛罗尼的所有期望，深厚复杂而又平和博大。
