December 8, 2020 - Sweet with alcohol prickling on the tongue. I did not enjoy this much. Maybe a decant would have improved this.

May 16, 2019 - Made with 100% of its fruit being air dried for up to 8 weeks prior to crushing. Strong, powerful nose. Sweet raisin like redcurrants and blackurrants, quite fruit driven. Undertones of dark black spices, cloves with hints of liquorice perhaps. Tertiary dried fruits evident, albeit Amarone style of wine, tannins are rounding. This is in a nice place, its balanced, intense and a decent length. I wouldn’t risk it, I’m drinking my final bottle this year. I’ve enjoyed this.

November 23, 2017 - Kirsch, Pflaume, Cassis etc.
Sehr fruchtig, aber auch schön mit Holz und Tanninen als Gegengewicht.
