November 18, 2022 - Grabbed this at last minute with some grilled steaks, so PnP. I think the last bottle must have been flawed. None of the disjointedness, of the previous bottle.
Still a surprising amount of fruit here. Blackberry and raspberry. There is some earthiness also with tobacco and a little dust. Finish is decent. I think it probably needed a little time to breathe so will be interested how the remaining 1/2 bottle will do tomorrow night. -

Very pretty nose. Very pleasant when first tasted, it has classic Bordeaux character but then on the mid palate, something just wasn’t right. I won’t say bad, just disjointed and not right.
This was the last thing I bought from WTSO. I stopped because I was having some bad experiences with wines and that seemed flawed.
We drank the whole bottle but ....
