August 28, 2011 - Dark amber. Raisins, chocolate and a hint of lemon peel in the nose. Well balanced flavors with a brisk acid backbone and rich flavors of caramel, chocolate and toasted nuts. Long, lingering finish. Wish I have more of this as it was my last bottle.
