January 19, 2012 - This is integrated, rich, long, smoky and balanced. The warmth of the 2007 vintage shows through, but is not over the top. A beautiful wine; drink over the next two years.

July 10, 2011 - Floral nose, hint of candy on the nose after 10 minutes. Nicely integrated acidity, long buttery finish. Unlike most of Ontario chardonnays which are very simple and acidic this one is the closest to the old world chards.
