January 6, 2013 - enjoyed as part of 7 course wine pairing dinner with good friends and fellow oenophiles. citrus with a mineral/salt finish, paired with acorn squash soup but the soup's inclusion of a smokey bacon didn't do it for our guests, we needed a red.

December 24, 2011 - Graceful, restrained, elegant Muscadet, paired well with crab cakes. Light sparkle in the mouth. Whiff of citrus and sea air. Light minerality. Phoebe liked it.
