April 24, 2024 - Brought by a friend already double decanted and tasted over several hours. Nice fully mature bottle, perhaps a touch past prime but really complex and delicious, hints of florals and earthy, stony and spicy elements surrounding a a cherry fruit core. The nose was quite captivating early on but got a little more rustic later. Nice long, slightly chocolatey finish. Warm vintage and resulting in 14.9% ABV which was not really noticeable.

February 4, 2023 - An early spring morning … fresh and cold and crisp, if not a bit chalky. Guessed RRV, vintage within the last 10 years. An astringent finish, albeit SUPER lengthy. @ Napa Boys Trip

December 31, 2022 - Fantastic right now, not a day late!

October 23, 2022 - W mac and cheese; verysuper good wine that has aged fantastically. It shows age on palate not young freshness, but very well bakanced. Gorgeous coloring. Super balanced nose. Nice length. Not sure it can do more but this is very good now. Dont waste it on non-vino lovers.

August 6, 2022 - lovely plush fruit that is maturing well; the oak is now mostly integrated; all is good until the distracting alcoholic heat on the finish; too hot for the chicken and salad; better with the goat cheese; interesting but not enjoyable for my taste
